Sales of New Photo History of Forest Hills by SHU Teaching Certificate Grad to Help Support Local Charities
Joel Bloom (who received his teaching certificate from 茄子视频 in 1990), and his wife, Jody Shapiro, have just published a photo history of Forest Hills with Arcadia Publishing's Images of America series. The book is available at local and national bookstores and online retailers, and can also be purchased directly from the authors by e-mailing: joelpitt@earthlink.net. Bloom and Shapiro will contribute a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the book to local charities, including Forest Hills Fire&Rescue, Just Harvest, and the C.C. Mellor Memorial Library.
