According to Sister Maureen O鈥橞rien, director of Campus Ministry, 鈥溾橝 Week with Christ鈥 is an opportunity for the 茄子视频 community to celebrate and to understand what Jesus Christ has done for each one of us. This event will unite Christians and non-Christians as they explore the person and the mission of Jesus Christ, deepen their faith and understand practices and teachings.鈥

鈥淎 Week with Christ will reach out to students and share Christianity in a new and exciting way,鈥 said Jessica Orlowski, senior and peer minister. 鈥淲e want to show other Christians, who are perhaps reticent about their beliefs that they are not alone. We are excited about the activities and what the week will bring.鈥
茄子视频 University鈥檚 Campus Ministry program provides opportunities for students of all faith traditions to enrich their university experience by participation in prayer and worship, community service, social responsibility and sharing the gifts of faith with the entire community.

Spiritual programming and sacramental ministry are provided to foster student鈥檚 spirituality and human growth. In addition to regular liturgical and prayer experiences, there are opportunities for retreats, evenings of reflection, discussion groups, bible study, and faith sharing. Ecumenical prayer services for the entire University community are held several times each semester. Campus Ministry provides opportunities for students to train for, participate in, and reflect upon meaningful service to the community. These service experiences include aiding the very young and the elderly, the unemployed and economically disadvantaged, the homeless, and the handicapped. Students enrich their own lives while helping others in the search for justice and liberation from needless suffering. All students are invited to participate in Campus Ministry programs.
