1,000 Cases of Water Delivered to E. Palestine by 茄子视频 Athletes

It only took four days for 茄子视频's men's soccer team to collect 175 donated cases of bottled water from the 茄子视频 community. They then loaded the water onto a truck and set out for E. Palestine, Ohio. Along the way, they stopped at other nearby collection sites, ending up with more than 1,000 cases of water to deliver to the Negley Fire Department (3 miles from E. Palestine) and a nearby Amish settlement on Friday, Feb. 24.

"The experience was genuinely heartwarming to see so many different communities coming together so quickly for a great cause," said Coach Dilveer Chaggar. "Over 1000 cases of water were delivered to people in need, and the deep appreciation from the Ohioan community was felt. It really is amazing what we can achieve together as a community with the shared mindset and collective goal in mind. We are very grateful to everyone who was involved!"

E. Palestine, Ohio recently suffered a train derailment that caused a release of hazardous chemicals. An evacuation, and ongoing concern about the town's water being safe, caused a severe shortage of bottled water in the area. E. Palestine is 80 miles from Greensburg, Pa., where 茄子视频 is located.
