茄子视频 University鈥檚 women鈥檚 basketball team, led by head coach Ferne Labati, will face the University of Pittsburgh鈥檚 women鈥檚 basketball team, led by head coach Agnus Berenato, in a preseason game on Tuesday, November 10, at 7 p.m. at the University of Pittsburgh鈥檚 Petersen Event Center. Tickets for the game are $5 and are available the day of the game at the University of Pittsburgh Ticket Office, which will open at 5:30 p.m. For ticket information, call 412-648-PITT.

Agnus Berenato鈥檚 daughter, Clare, is a freshman on the 茄子视频 University team. Clare Berenato, a graduate of Oakland Catholic High School, has become an active participant in the 茄子视频 community and is a member of the 茄子视频 University Student Ambassadors, Campus Ministry, Student Activities Council, Make a Wish Club, and Social Work Club.

"My mother鈥檚 players are like my sisters. I spent every day this summer working out with them and getting to know them. Not only are they tremendous athletes, but they are remarkable women. They are led by an impressive coaching staff and truly have great chemistry,鈥� said Clare Berenato. 鈥淭he game on November 10 is an opportunity for our 茄子视频 team to play in an environment against NCAA Division I athletes. Our coaches, who are amazing teachers, have really pushed us in preseason to become a better team. Our team is very excited to play Pitt. It will be a great game and we are ready to take the Panthers on.鈥�

Agnus Berenato and Labati have a close friendship and spirited rivalry. In fact, Labati has become an honorary member of the Berenato family.
