Griffins Sit in Eighth Place Following 69-56 Loss to Clarion

The Griffin women's basketball team hosted Clarion on Wednesday night needing a victory to remain tied for the final playoff spot in the PSAC West.聽 Unfortunately for the Griffins they dropped a 69-56 decision to the Golden Eagles to drop into eighth place in the league.聽 SHU is now just one game above .500 at 12-11 overall and falls to just 4-9 in PSAC West play.聽 The top six teams in the league qualify for the playoffs.聽
