鈥淚n the past not all representatives expressed his or her opinion at our meetings,鈥� said Fritsch. 鈥淣ow, we use Hoot Suite and everyone participates during the meetings.鈥�

Hoot Suite, a social media dashboard, allows individuals to instantly post comments during discussions.

鈥淚f someone is shy and not comfortable sharing his or her thoughts, Hoot Suite allows the individual to be vocal. In the past, he/she may not have voiced an opinion,鈥� said Fritsch. 鈥淭he iPad and Hoot Suite have completely changed our meetings and the way we interact.鈥�
