GREENSBURG, PA- Dan McCarty, Men鈥檚 Soccer and Golf Coach at 茄子视频 College, announced that John Clatty III, son of Barbara and John Clatty of Monroeville, PA, has accepted a soccer scholarship and will be attending 茄子视频 College in the Fall of 2002.

A senior at Greensburg Central-Catholic High School, Clatty was a member of the All-Section and All-Conference soccer teams as a junior and senior, was the team MVP as a freshman and was voted 鈥淢ost Improved Player鈥� his sophomore year. During his junior and senior years, Clatty was voted Varsity Defense Player of the Year and received the Chris Ford Memorial Award for Leadership Ability as a senior. He is also member of the German Honor Society.

Clatty serves as a Foothills U-12 Assistant Soccer Coach and a certified Pennsylvania West Referee.

Clatty plans to major in biology at 茄子视频.
