During the morning of Sunday, February 15, there was an unsafe situation off campus that involved shooting. This situation resulted in the death of a 茄子视频 student. 茄子视频 administrators used the E-2 Campus Alert text & e-mail system, campus e-mail and phone calls to communicate the seriousness of the situation to students on campus. Because of the proximity of the situation to the University's campus, students were asked to stay in place and campus buildings were locked down. As soon as the situation was secure, the lockdown and alert were lifted.
Counseling services are available for students and members of the 茄子视频 community beginning immediately and will continue to be available. Members of the Counseling Center staff may be reached at 724-838-4295, or extension 4295. Sunday Mass will be held in the Saint Joseph Chapel at 7:00 p.m. this evening.
