Griffin Marching Band
The ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ University Griffin Marching Band (“Griffin Band”) performs for all home football games, in ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ’s Homecoming parade, and at various community events.
While many of the Griffin Band members are studying music, the band accepts student musicians from any major. Registering for the Griffin Band three times for credit also fulfills the artistic expression requirement of ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ’s liberal arts curriculum.
Students who participate in musical ensembles beyond their high school career find the experience to be positive and rewarding. Becoming a member of the Griffin Band gives students the opportunity to develop new, lifelong friendships and to be part of a prestigious and respected organization on the ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ campus.
Griffin Band Scholarship
Griffin Band members may be eligible for a band scholarship valued up to $1,000 per year.
